Open Book sources, tap Add, and choose Calibre-Web, Calibre-Web Automated, or OPDS. Enter the server address or full catalog URL; JetReader adds /opds when you enter only a server address. Add the username and password used for OPDS Basic authentication if your server requires them. Use HTTPS for a remote server; a private LAN address can also use HTTP.

These are read-only book sources. JetReader can refresh the catalog, browse and search its cached entries, download available files and covers, and download new entries during sync. It does not send reading status, ratings, custom-column changes, or book edits back to the server.

Use Format priorities in Calibre settings to choose which formats to download. When a book has several formats, First available downloads the highest-priority available format. All downloads every available format included in the sequence.

If a format appears in the catalog but its download fails, check that the server still has the file and that the account has download permission. Refresh the source after fixing the server.
